Certified, experienced coaches will train you for your next trail race! We have lots of experience with all abilities and can help you achieve your trail training goals up to 50 mile races. All abilities are welcome - all we ask is that you have a solid 8 mile base running on trails. If you have not run on trails, a good base would be a recent half marathon.
Two meetings a week - Long runs on Saturdays and speed work, technique, and hill work once during the week.
Meeting locations will include East Bay Regional Parks, Golden Gate National Recreation Area (Marin Headlands), Mt. Diablo, and other local trails. The training courses will be marked, maps will be provided and coaches will be available out on the trails to help guide you along. Have fun, run with fun people - escape the cars and enjoy the scenery!
