Last year's winners of the 25 and 50 k are invited back for free to compete.  Please email the director dawn@runnaturalcoach.com.   

Course

The challenging course follows 26 (13 for 25k) repeat 1.2 mile loops on the Joe Kenner Trail in Gamble Rogers Memorial State Recreation Area, alongside the intra coastal waterway. Each loop will consist mostly of a wide and shady dirt trail but will also consist of some sand and great single track.  

Awards

Shirts and finisher awards to all entrants.  Special handcrafted trophies for Overall Male/Female, Overall Masters Male/Female, Overall Grandmaster's for both 50k and 25k race

Kids Races

Ages3-6 .25 mi, Ages 7-12 .50 mi.   Races are free.  Races will start prior to 25k Award Ceremony approximately 11:30 am.  All finishers in kid’s races will receive participation ribbon.
