Race Information
Once a thriving village of Chinese
settlement subsisting off shrimp fishing, China Camp is now a state park
popular with boaters, hikers, and mountain bikers. An extensive trail
network with views of Mt. Tam, San Pablo Bay, and San Francisco Bay will
greet you as you traverse beautiful single track trails climbing up and
over the peak and winding along thick forests until descending again to
open trails on the San Pablo Bay side of the park. China camp is a
rare locale for a running race, so be sure not to miss this special
event.

Aid Stations
At Inside Trail Racing aid stations it’s like an all you can eat buffet,
but this is a race, so don’t linger too long! Expect to find variety at
our aid stations, including sweet and salty offerings like trail mix,
pretzels, cookies, boiled potatoes with salt for dipping, regular soda,
water (of course!), elecrolyte drink, PB&J finger sandwiches, gummy
bears, salt tablets, you get the idea. There will also be general first
aid items but no anti-inflamatory medicine. We strongly encourage you to
carry at least one 20oz bottle from which to sip while you enjoy your
run.
