Due to Personal and Professional considerations, the Sasquatch Running Company has made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend operations throughout Calendar Year 2022. Please note that all Runners that are currently in “Registration Rollover Status” for the 24 Hours of Palmer Lake Endurance Run and the Happy Camper Endurance Run will be receiving email correspondence from the Sasquatch Running Company by March 6, 2022 in regards to their event registrations. We wish all runners the best of luck with their 2022 Running Seasons and we look forward to returning to hosting running events in Calendar Year 2023.

2022 Mount Herman Adventure Run

Lose the Real World for a few days and experience the Beauty, the Peace and the Tranquility of the Pike National Forest near the Town of Palmer Lake, Colorado and the Town of Monument, Colorado during the 2022 Mount Herman Adventure Run. Mount Herman is a local GEM of the Mountain and the views from the Top of Mount Herman (9,000 Feet Elevation) are quite spectacular. The Mount Herman Adventure Run will Start and Finish at the Palmer Lake Regional Recreation Area in the beautiful Town of Palmer Lake, Colorado. Your Adventure Run will then take you through the Palmer Lake Reservoir, Limbaugh Canyon, Up and Over Mount Herman Road, Down to the Pike National Forest Monument Preserve, U-Turn and go back up to Mount Herman Road where you will make your way to the summit of Mount Herman. After you summit Mount Herman you will reverse course and head back to Start/Finish Line via Limbaugh Canyon and the Palmer Lake Reservoir where you will start your adventure run all over again! This Course has plenty of Elevation Gain, Stunning Views, Diverse Eco Systems, and Technical Terrain.

The Mount Herman Adventure Run will offer the following course distance options:

[2] 26.2 Mile Course (1 Course Loop / 4,585 Total Vertical Gain / 12 Hour Cutoff)
[3] 50 Mile Course (2 Course Loops / 9,170 Total Vertical Gain / 24 Hour Cutoff)
[4] 100 Mile Course (4 Course Loops / 18,340 Total Vertical Gain / 48 Hour Cutoff)
[5] 100 Mile Combo Course (50 Mile Course + 61 Laps around Palmer Lake = 50 Miles) *** NEW ***
[6] 30 Hour Course (Palmer Lake Trail Loop / 122 Lake Laps = 100 Miles) *** NEW ***

Course Cutoff Time:
Runners must complete EACH Mount Herman Course Loop in UNDER 12 Hours (15M, 26.2M, 50M, 100M)

Pacers and Crew:
ALLOWED anywhere on the Course and at any Distance…No Muling

GPS / Live Runner Tracking:
Please note that all Runners (15M, 26.2M, 50M, 100M) will be REQUIRED to wear a Spot Tracker during the Mount Herman Adventure Run and the Spot Tracker Rental Fee will be included in the Mount Herman Adventure Run registration fee on UltraSignup.
