RACE DETAILS
This is a runner/hiker friendly event! Looking for an opportunity to test out those miles you've been putting in over the past few months? Here is your chance to see what you can do!
Distance: With 2 options, a 6 hour and 12 hour event, you have the ability to decide your mileage. With each loop being approx 4.5 miles, you have the option to do as few as 1 loop or as many as you possibly can in the time you choose.
Course: The course is located in the Blue Mountains on the trails of the Bashore Scout Reservation in northern Lebanon county. The trails consist of mostly single track technical trail with some double track. You will experience tree roots, rocks, dirt, mud, and all things nature as you wind your way through and around the trail. There will be plenty of shade.
What you get: Besides the ultimate satisfaction of claiming the title of Ultra Runner, every participant will also receive Short Sleeve Tech shirt and a one-of-a-kind finisher’s medal! The 12 hour participants will earn an additional race-themed special award. There will also be the option to set up individual spaces where you can leave your items while you run and also return to for any breaks you want to take. Your support system is welcome to hang out here as well. There will be an aide station for your convenience located at the start/finish area where you can refuel before tackling another loop.
