The Cutoff time for the event is 8 hours, with the cutoff at the 8.5km aid station being 1.5 hours and 4 hours to the 18.5km aid station.

Every participant will be required to carry something for fluids and bring it filled (vest, hydration pack) It is recommended if hot to carry 2L of water as there is a fair bit of exposed running on the granite and almost 15km to the finish from the last aid station.

There is very limited parking at both McGillivray Falls and Alfred Hole parking lots. We will have a shuttle van to and from both areas which will leave once full and make return after drop-off. The shuttle is for race participants and volunteers ONLY. There will be an area for overflow parking in West Hawk. It is HIGHLY recommended that you get dropped off at the starting area to ensure you are there on time for the event start. Parking on the road will not be allowed and you may be towed/ticketed. If you show up last minute expecting a shuttle, you may not get to the event start on time.

*Once registered for the race, we will not be offering refunds unless the in person event is cancelled due to Covid-19. See our Covid-19 section for details.

**There will be no bib transfers.

Participants must be 18 years of age or older on date of event to register.

*COVID-19: We will be following whatever regulations are mandated by the province of Manitoba regarding Covid-19, please take this into account before registering. If the event is able to happen THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS GIVEN. Please take this into consideration prior to registration. If 8 weeks prior to the event we don’t feel that it will be able to take place, you will be offered a full refund minus $7 for service fees. If the event has to be cancelled within 8 weeks, all of the event swag will have been ordered. Due to this we will turn the event into a virtual outing with a partial refund. We have successfully and safely ran in-person events the past two years and really hope to continue that trend!
The Race Director reserves the right to make changes to the course or cancel the event dependent on weather conditions, Covid-19 guidelines, etc.
