Suffer on Centennial
Trails of 'Toba is pumped to bring you Suffer on Centennial 2023! This years offering will include a 7km out-and-back which while rugged and challenging, is still friendly for the first-time trail runner, along with an unrelenting and technical out-and-back 25km, and a point-to-point 50km ultra distance that includes everything from exposed Canadian Shield, to boggy boreal forest, granite ridge-lines, and even a few scrambles! The 50km also has you run over the iconic Red Bridge that many an adventurer hits the trails to see. All 3 race distances take place on 100% single track, a trail runners dream!

PLEASE READ BEFORE REGISTERING
-You MUST have a Manitoba Parks Pass to attend the event, you can pick one up here: https://www.manitobaelicensing.ca/privilegepos.page
-The Cutoff time for the 50km is 10 hours
-Please note parking is roughly 1 mile from finish line, it is your responsibility to arrange transport to and from the finish at McGillivray Falls. Consider it a cools down!
Every 50 and 25km participant will be required to carry at least 1L fluids and bring it filled (vest, hydration pack) It is recommended if hot out to carry 2L of water as there are fairly long gaps between aid stations-
*Once registered for the race, we will not be offering refunds.
**There will be bib transfers allowed through Ultrasignup until May 13
-Participants must be 18 years of age or older for the 25 and 50km and 15 years or older with parental consent for the 7km on date of event to register.
-*COVID-19: We will be following whatever regulations are mandated by the province of Manitoba regarding Covid-19, please take this into account before registering.
-The Race Director reserves the right to make changes to the course or cancel the event and change to a virtual format dependent on weather conditions, Covid-19 guidelines, etc.
