Timing
The Warhorse Ultra is very pleased to have Mike Melton of MCM Timing and Results LLC providing the timing and scoring for our event! Mike is one of the premier timers of fixed-time events in the US, and he's been blessed to be part of a long list of great ultras. Mike times between 15 and 20 fixed-time events each year, from 3-hour and 6-hour events up to 6-day and 10-day races, including the iconic Across The Years Ultra, 6 Days In The Dome, Icarus Florida Ultrafest, Dawn to Dusk to Dawn Track Ultras, the Stinger 24-Hour race, Merrell's Mile 48-Hour race, and the Desert Solstice Invitational Track 24-Hour ultra. He's also worked every edition of Big's Backyard Ultra, as well as some of the top 100-mile races in the US, including the Javelina Jundred, KEYS100 and A Race For The Ages. In 2018, Mike timed the European 24-Hour Championships race in Timisoara, Romania, and there's a good chance Mike will time the upcoming 2021 World 24-Hour Championships.
Mike is race director of the Ancient Oaks 100-Mile Endurance Run in Titusville, Florida, the state's oldest 100-mile race, and he has been RD of the LOST 118-Mile Endurance Run in Florida and of Tennessee's iconic Strolling Jim 40-Mile race. Mike's a very average ultrarunner himself, having run in more than 100 ultras from 50K out to 6 days in length. He's run across the state of Florida twice.
6 and 12 hour options
Run as many miles as you want over 6 or 12 hours. The route will be a 3ish mile cross country style loop course. Expect gentle hills and creek crossings. This will be a great opportunity to go for a new personal distance, a new PR or for just a great training run! Run, walk or ruck...you do you.
HillJacks BBQ Shack will have additional meals available for purchase to extra hungry runners, family and friends that are hanging out at the race.

HillJacks BBQ Shack will once again join us. They will be onsite to feed hungry runners, volunteers, family and friends. Every race entry receives 1 meal. Additional meals will be available for purchase.
Accommodations
Beau Cheval of Wartrace is hosting this event on their private 70+ acres. There will an area for RV's and tent camping on the property that you can reserve. RV's $40.00 per night and tent camping $20.00 per night. You must reserve these spaces prior to race weekend. Awards
There will be awards for all races!
Refunds/Transfers
Sorry, no refunds will be given. However, transfer of bibs will be allowed. If you need to transfer your bib, there is an option under your UltraSignUp account. Follow the prompts and they will take care of it for you. On our end, we do not have the ability to do this for you.
If you are unable to run, post on the Warhorse Ultra Facebook page that you are looking to transfer your bib. Work the finances out with them offline.
