Registration opens December 16th at 8pm. Make sure you understand before signing up....THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, BIB TRANSFERS, DEFERRALS, or BANDITS for this event. If you don't agree with this, please refrain from signing up.
Race Details
Bib pickup on race morning starts at 7:30am. Race starts at 9am. All parking is at the Restless Oaks parking lot (119 Pine Mountain Rd, McElhattan, PA 17748). We'll have shuttle buses taking you up to the start/finish or you're welcome to walk the 1/2 mile up Reservoir Rd. The course is about 6.6 miles in length. We'll have sticky buns and drinks after the race at the pavilion.
Description
The Fire on the Rocks 10K is a great intermediate level trail race held at Zindel Park in McElhattan PA. It's going to challenge each runner with lots of climbs and descents throughout the journey. The course will utilize local trails that are used for the Frozen Snot and Boulder Beast races. Expect about 1400 feet of climbing throughout the 6.6 miles.

3. Right onto Black Diamond
4. Right onto Change Up
5. Left onto Kammerdiner
6. Immediate right onto Debbies Drop
7. Left onto Park Trail
8.Right onto Dug Rd
9. Immediate right onto Gorge Trail
10. Left onto Gut Check
11. Straight onto Lightning Ridge
12. Left onto Final Cut
13. Right onto service road
14. Left across spillway bridge
15. Up and across dam and down to gate
16. Right onto service
17. Left onto Creekside
18. Around the Zindel house
19. Down Reservoir Rd
20. Left at gate onto Durty Dabbers trail down to the finish
