30K
The 30k course is an out-and-back that starts and ends at Joseph Stewart Park. Runners will head south, passing over the dam before hitting the turnaround and heading back to the start. Runners will pass through a full-service aid station twice, and there will also be a water-only aid station at the turn-around. The 30k distance offers some amazing views of the lake an surrounding mountains!
10K
The 10k course is a loop that heads north with a mix of pavement and dirt trail, with some epic lake and river views! There will be one water-only aid station about half-way, shortly before heading back to the south.
